  5. Drink water throughout the day as this helps boost your metabolism.
  6. Exercise your muscles frequent as this increase metabolism naturally.

Taking measurements weekly will keep you informed on your progress. Stay loyal to you weight-loss program and adjust your plan accordingly for the best results.
