I totally agree. I've been wearing glasses since I was 13. For the next 3 decades, my prescription lenses started getting a little thicker and I started developing a stigmatism in my left eye. I started eating more fruits, vegetables fish and started taking multi-vitamins. Five years ago when I went for my annual eye checkup, I was told that my vision started to improve a tiny bit. It wasn't much, but at least it didn't go the other way.

Other than annual checkups with your doctor (or at least a naturopath), taking care of your eyes is probably the most important single thing you can do.

What we feed our bodies feeds our eyes. Many of the vitamins and minerals in our bodies are found in much higher concentrations in our eyes, so a diet lacking in these vitamins and minerals can lead to vision problems as we grow older.
