My dad passed away due to a PE and I was only 15 at the time so I was unsure of what it was but seeing as my mom's a nurse she explained to me ... my dad had injured his ankle whilst on a walk and he didnt really move for a few days which caused the clot in his leg... I woke up in the summer holidays to find my dad collapsed in the hallway his face purrple and his breathing was laboured, we called the ambulance and they performed cpr but dad passed away inside the ambulance :( R.I.P daddy <3

I was immobilized recently by a PE, hospitalized for 11 days, and my life has been changed forever! Glad to be back home, one must be very careful about this situation! ;-)

I am 23 and am currently on my second DVT. I'm 6'1 and weigh 165lbs, I've never been overweight and have always been fit and active. Go figure. |
