Page 58 of H.R. 3200 (Obama Care) Lines 5 through 15 reads:(D) enable the real-time (or near real6 time) determination of an individuals financial7 responsibility at the point of service and, to the8 extent possible, prior to service, including9 whether the individual is eligible for a specific10 service with a specific physician at a specific11facility, which may include utilization of a ma12 machine-readable health plan beneficiary identi13 fication card;14 (E) enable, where feasible, near real-time15 adjudication of claims What does this mean? It means that Gov will give everybody a health ID card that contains a machine readable device (magnetic strip or RFID chip) similar to a credit card. Embedded in this chip or strip containing your Health Identification NumberWhen you visit a medical provider, the medical claim/s will be adjudicated (processed) while still in the office/facility. The medical providers will be paid in real time. The portion that you owe, will be deducted from you bank account, in real time, according to HR 3200.You don't believe that? To prove that your bank account will be linked to your U.S. Gov issued health ID card, we must go to page 59 of H.R 3200 then to Section 1173 of the Social Security Act of 1935 which is public knowledge located at http://www.ssa.gov/OP_Home/ssa... 59 beginning at line 9 and ending on page 60, line 8 of HR 3200 reads: 9 (4) REQUIREMENTS FOR SPECIFIC STAND10 ARDS.—The standards under this section shall be11 developed, adopted and enforced so as to—12 (A) clarify, refine, complete, and expand,13 as needed, the standards required under section14 1173;15 (B) require paper versions of standard16 ized transactions to comply with the same17 standards as to data content such that a fully18 compliant, equivalent electronic transaction can19 be populated from the data from a paper20 version;21 (C) enable electronic funds transfers, in22 order to allow automated reconciliation with the23 related health care payment and remittance ad24vice; Page 601 (D) require timely and transparent claim2 and denial management processes including3 tracking, adjudication, and appeal processing;4 (E) require the use of a standard elec5 tronic transaction with which health care pro6viders may quickly and efficiently enroll with a7 health plan to conduct the other electronic8 transactions provided for in this partWhat does this mean?It means that medical claims will be entered or scanned into a computer while you are still in the office, then electronic fund transfers (EFT) will occur in REAL TIME. Providers will be able to enroll as a plan provider, if not already, in real time. The health care providers will be paid by your insurance plan or the U.S. Government, depending on what plan you have or obtain. The health care providers will receive any copayments, coinsurances, penalties and any portionof the claim that was not paid by your insurance plan, directly from YOUR bank account. It is also worthy to note that in Section 1173 of the Social Security Act of 1935, your health plan premium payments will also payments will also be removed from your bank account for any doubter of what U.S. Gov is trying to establish.
